Privacy Policy
Effective Date: June 2, 2026
The Estrangement Coach respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, and shared when you visit this website or contact me through it.
Information You Provide
When you submit a consultation request or contact form through this website, you may provide information such as your name, email address, and any details you choose to share about your reason for reaching out.
Because estrangement and family relationships can be deeply personal, please share only the information you feel is necessary for me to respond to your inquiry. Please do not use the website form for emergencies, crisis support, medical records, or highly sensitive personal documentation.
How Your Information Is Used
Information you submit through this website may be used to:
Respond to your inquiry;
Communicate with you about a possible consultation or coaching relationship;
Send you a scheduling link when appropriate;
Provide services you request; and
Maintain ordinary business records and communications.
Submitting a form does not create a coaching relationship. A coaching relationship begins only after services are mutually agreed upon.

If you book a paid coaching service, payment may be processed through Stripe in connection with Calendly. I do not collect or store your full credit card information through this website. Payment information is handled by the applicable payment-processing service.
